These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the NICHE online store.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
NICHE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The version applicable is the one published at the time of your purchase.

All NICHE products are made to order and produced by a professional printing laboratory according to your location.
Each print is crafted individually and carefully checked before dispatch.
Please note: due to the print-on-demand process, minor variations in colour or texture may occur — these are natural and not considered defects.
💳 3. Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed in euros (€) by default and may automatically adjust based on your region or currency.
Prices are displayed excluding VAT, in accordance with the French micro-entrepreneur regime (Article 293 B – French Tax Code).
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other trusted gateways (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
NICHE does not store or access your payment information.
🚚 4. Shipping
All orders are printed and shipped from the nearest available production facility to reduce environmental impact and ensure faster delivery.
Estimated delivery times (production + shipping):
📍 Europe: 3–5 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 4–6 business days
🇺🇸 North America: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs, holidays, or local carriers.
A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
Shipping fees:
- 🌍 Europe → €5 flat rate (free above €50)
- 🌏 Australia & North America → €10 flat rate (free above €70)
All prints are packaged in rigid, eco-friendly cardboard tubes with compostable ends — designed to protect your artwork safely during transit.
💸 5. Returns & Refunds
🖼️ 5.1 Standard Prints (non-custom products)
If you are located in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-custom products purchased online.
To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item or proof of shipment.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) concerned
- The date of reception
- A brief reason for return
🎨 5.2 Custom Orders (“Your Dog, Your Cover”)
Custom artworks are handcrafted individually from your photo and our creative direction.
Because each piece is unique and personalised, no cancellations, returns or refunds can be accepted once production has started (Article L221-28 – French Consumer Code).
Production time: 5–7 business days, followed by standard delivery depending on region.
If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days with clear photos of the issue.
📝 6. Model Withdrawal Form (EU customers)
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a non-custom order, please copy, fill in, and send this form to thenichemag@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

🌍 7. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by local authorities upon delivery.
NICHE cannot be held responsible for customs delays or fees.

All website content — including images, text, design, and logos — is the exclusive property of NICHE.
Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
🔐 9. Privacy
Your personal data is collected only for the purpose of processing and delivering your orders, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
NICHE does not share or sell personal information to third parties.

NICHE cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, shipping delays, or loss of profit resulting from the use of this website or its products.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of France.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, EU customers may use a free mediation service before taking legal action.
